Easy Local-ish Dinner
I know. It’s not fancy. But hear me out: we just got back from vacation and had nothing in the fridge except one glass of Shade Mountain Pinot Grigio. Our stomachs were growling, so we had to act fast.
I bipped over to Confer’s for their delightful chicken salad while Ryan picked up a dozen eggs from the Dollar Store and a fresh cantaloupe from The Garden on Old Fort Road. We pulled out a bag of frozen veggies (thank God for frozen veggies), whipped up a batch of our favorite gluten-free Chebe rolls, and enjoyed a lovely dinner on the front porch.
Where do you find quick-and-easy dinners in the Valley?
Enjoy your home,
