Science at the Library

Wednesday’s the big day: the first Fizz Bang Eureka of 2013 at Centre Hall Area Branch Library! Head over at 3:00 p.m. for an interesting science experiment for school-aged kids. Every other Wednesday, beginning January 9th, expect hypothesizing, fizzing, and (of course!) lots of braininess at the library.

Every other Wednesday (the weeks we won’t be Fizz-Bang-Eureka-ing), the children will be playing with the coolest collection of Duplo Blocks and making their own creations. The play begins at 3:00.

As always, keep your eye open for the Library’s Boutique in the lobby. Local folks donate their amazing creations or collections, hoping that you’ll love them, offer a donation, and help to fund the library! (Right now, you can select from the daintiest batik ornaments – simply beautiful!)

Be sure to check the Community Calendar regularly for all of the events at the Centre Hall and East Penns Valley libraries.

 Enjoy your home,

Or come Tuesday at 3:30 for the same programs at the East Pennsylvania Valley Library in Millheim!

Thanks for letting us know, Shana. I just received the EPV schedule. I’ll be sure to include them in the future. If I miss anything, just let me know.
