12/21 – 12/ 27: What’s Up This Week?

Merry Christmas!

Here’s what you can can look forward to this wonderful week in the Valley:

Thursday: Head over to St. Peter’s UCC in Rebersburg for some good old Christmas caroling! They are inviting the community, which includes you! Bundle up and get ready to sing some fa, la, la’s. (Caroling is a blast! When I was a kid, we’d bundle up with a handful of friends and stroll around the neighborhoods, singing Christmas carols. It was such a wonderful way to put a smile on our neighbors’ faces.)

Breakfast with Santa: Good Old St. Nick will be making an early stop at the Centre Hall Fire Co. Kids under 10 eat free! And, keep your eye open for the $1.00 carriage rides.

Cookie and Candy Sale: The Sprucetown UM Church is always up to something delicious. Head over there to round out your holiday cookie and candy trays. I keep thinking about their fudge…

Special Christmas Service: Family Life of Penns Valley invites all of us to join them on Sunday morning for a particularly special church service, celebrating the birth of Jesus. What a special event to add to this holy week! 10:30 a.m. at the Penns Valley Intermediate School.

Outdoor Christmas Eve Service: Join Family Life of Penns Valley for a special outdoor service, beginning at 7 p.m.

Candlelit Christmas Eve Service: Or, join St. Peters UCC in Rebersburg for caroling, communion, and candlelight.

Merry Christmas from all of us at PennsValleyFamily.com!

As always, let me know if I can add your event to the week’s line-up.

And, make sure you’ve entered to win that great $25 gift card from Snappy’s. 🙂Enjoy your home,
