12 Days of Christmas: Brookvale Gift Shop

Welcome to the 12 Days of Christmas: Penns Valley Gift Guide! Each day, from November 26 – December 7, we’ll be highlighting a local business where you might find “just the right” treasures to give friends and family. Let’s give back to our community this Christmas: buy local!

Over the weekend, stop in this gem of a shop at the Old Fort Intersection. This is a darling family-run gift shop with a large assortment of very reasonably priced gifts. Brookvale Gift Shop is one of my favorite places to stop in during this time of year. There’s just something charming about the low ceilings, warm lighting, and eclectic gifts. And, the shop owners are some of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet.

During December, you can enjoy a 10% discount off their gorgeous hand-crafted birdhouses and bird feeders. Pick up a hefty bag of birdseed at the Farm Store across the street for the gift-that-keeps-on-giving to your bird-watching friend and to the birds.

Try out their beautiful wind chimes:

…and snag a turkey call for your favorite hunter:

Mosey around and enjoy the antiques, Americana decorations, candles, hand-crafted furniture, carpets, and even a selection of Melissa and Doug toys.

I know one little girl who has her heart set on this precious baby doll…

Stop into Brookvale Gift Shop on Friday or Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and find a treasure this holiday season.

 Enjoy your home,
