Penns Valley Community Church Carnival

We ran into Deb at the Spikes game tonight who told me that Penns Valley Community Church is hosting a free community carnival to be held at the Old Gregg School next Sunday, July 22. If you don’t have plans that morning, jot this on your calendar: the fun will begin at 10:30 on the baseball fields behind the building. Enjoy the church service at 10:30 and stay for the carnival from 12 – 3 p.m. PVCC is providing chicken and hot dogs, while church families are bringing the rest of the food. If you’re coming for the first time, don’t you worry about a thing! Just come, and enjoy. My friend Sonia says she hopes that you feel welcome to attend.

What to expect: friendly folks from the community, snow cones, cow-milking contests, a bouncy house, and all kinds of carnival games!

This sounds like a blast, and a great way to connect with the folks at PVCC. If you’ve been wondering what this particular church is all about, this event will be a fun way to meet some people, ask some questions, and think about visiting again some Sunday morning.

Enjoy your home,
